How to Make Golden Maple Glow Up Coffee
Ingredients
Coffee Layer:
1 serving chilled brewed Urban Calm Lioness Espresso Mushroom Coffee
Golden Citrus Base:
1 tbsp fresh orange juice, strained
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1½ tsp pure maple syrup
Pinch of ground turmeric (for color)
Small pinch of fine sea salt
Maple Cloud Foam:
60 ml oat milk or 2% milk
1 tbsp heavy cream or barista style oat milk
1 tsp maple syrup
¼ tsp vanilla extract
To Serve:
Ice (preferably one large cube or clear ice)

Directions
Prepare the Golden Base:
In a small jar with a lid, combine the orange juice, lemon juice, maple syrup, turmeric, and salt.
Seal and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until slightly thickened and blended into a smooth mixture.
Build the Base Layer: Place ice in a tall glass and pour the citrus mixture over it.
Add the Lioness Espresso Mushroom Coffee Layer: Slowly pour the chilled Lioness Espresso Mushroom Coffee over the back of a spoon to create a distinct layer above the citrus base.
Create the Maple Cloud Foam:
In a separate container, combine the milk, cream, maple syrup, and vanilla. Froth until thick yet pourable, with a silky, cohesive texture.
Finish and Serve: Gently pour the foam over the coffee. It should rest on top, then slowly cascade downward. Serve immediately.
