days. If you’ve decided that Urban Calm coffees or teas are just not for you,
we will refund 100% of your purchase price (less shipping costs) for any reason
within the first 30 days from the date you receive your original order. This
refund will be processed within 30 days from the time we receive your returned
product.

2) We’ll send you the information you need to process
your return. The charges (excluding shipping) are fully refundable. We really
want you to be satisfied.

We’re sorry to hear that your package
arrived damaged and/or defective. We’ll fix it! Take a picture of the package
showing the damage and/or defection and email us at hello@urbancalmcoffee.ca.
We will send out a replacement for no charge.

For standard delivery we use Canada Post. If you select a faster delivery, we will use UPS or Purolator.
