What are your shipping rates in Canada and how will my package be shipped? +
Free Local Shipping Within Calgary Click 'Local' at checkout and delivery within 1 - 2 business days. Outside of Calgary Free for orders $60+ Flat Fees $5 for Western Canada (includes BC, AB, SK, MB) $10 for Eastern Canada (ON, QC, Maritimes) Standard shipping rates apply for all other provinces and territories within Canada. Non-Local delivery usually within 3 - 5 business days. Subject to courier timelines. We use UPS, Purolator, ICS, Canpar.
How can I track my order? +
In your Order Confirmation email, click the VIEW ORDER button and see Order Updates.
Shipping Delivery Times +
Local Delivery within Calgary 1 - 2 Days Non-Local Delivery is Subject to Courier (usually 3 - 5 business days) We use UPS, Purolator, ICS, Canpar.
My order did not show up. What do I do? +
Check your Order Confirmation email and confirm that the correct address was submitted. Urban Calm is not responsible for any orders with an incorrect address. If all address information is correct, contact us at hello@urbancalmcoffee.ca and we will refund or reship lost orders as long as we are notified within 30 days of your order date.
Do you ship to the USA? +

Is there a local Calgary pick up location? +
Yes, we have a pick up location in SW Calgary. If you wish to place an order online and pick up locally - at the Checkout, click on 'Local Delivery' and in the delivery notes include 'Front porch pick up'. Urban Calm will reach out once your order is ready for pick up.

Can I return coffee or tea products? +
Yes, see our guarantee below. Urban Calm Satisfaction Guarantee - 30-day money back guarantee We love our coffees and teas, and we think you will too! Our Urban Calm Commitment guarantees our products for 30 days. If you’ve decided that Urban Calm coffees or teas are just not for you, we will refund 100% of your purchase price (less shipping costs) for any reason within the first 30 days from the date you receive your original order. This refund will be processed within 30 days from the time we receive your returned product. Here's how it works: 1) email us at hello@urbancalmcoffee.ca and let us know what you would like to return your coffee or tea 2) We’ll send you the information you need to process your return. The charges (excluding shipping) are fully refundable. We really want you to be satisfied.
What should I do if my order arrives defective or damaged? +
We’re sorry to hear that your package arrived damaged and/or defective. We’ll fix it! Take a picture of the package showing the damage and/or defection and email us at hello@urbancalmcoffee.ca. We will send out a replacement for no charge.

Where can I find Urban Calm Coffee? +
You can find us 24/7 online at urbancalmcoffee.ca with free local shipping in Calgary and free shipping with purchases $60+. We do not have a storefront location. Our Mushroom coffee (340g bags & kcup single serve pods), teas and gift box sets are available at Shop Made Local in the Core shopping mall in Calgary. We are in Urban Grocer in Victoria, British Columbia.
