What is the minimum corporate gift order?
The minimum is 12 units of each gift style selected. If you select two different gift styles, order at least 12 of each.
Can we mix different gifts?
Yes. You can combine different gift styles in one corporate request, provided each selected style meets its 12-unit minimum.
Do corporate orders receive volume discounts?
No. Corporate gifts are sold at the listed price. Retail, newsletter, ambassador, affiliate and other promotional discounts do not apply to corporate orders.
Can we use a promo or sign-up code on the payment link?
No. We prepare corporate orders through a controlled prepaid invoice flow so retail promotional codes are not applied.
Is full prepayment required?
Yes. Full payment is required before the order is accepted, reserved or released for production and packing.
Do you offer Net 15, Net 30 or other payment terms?
No. Corporate gifting orders are prepaid in full. We do not offer pay-later or net payment terms for this program.
Can our purchase order number appear on the paperwork?
Yes. Add your PO or internal reference in the request form and we can use it as an order reference where appropriate.
How does the custom printed card work?
For 24 or more personalized gifts, we can attach a custom printed company card for $3 per gift. Provide the exact message and your logo or artwork before the order is invoiced.
Why is there a 24-gift minimum for custom cards?
The 24-gift minimum covers the setup and production involved in preparing a custom printed card for a corporate order.
Can the custom card include our logo?
Yes. Provide a high-quality company logo or approved artwork. PNG, JPG, PDF or SVG files are preferred.
How do we send our logo?
The request form includes a field for a secure share link. You can also reply to our follow-up email with the artwork attached. We review the file before finalizing the prepaid invoice.
Can every recipient receive a different card message?
The standard custom-card program uses one approved card design and message per corporate order. Contact us before ordering if your project requires recipient-specific personalization.
Is shipping free?
Yes, when the complete corporate order ships together to one Canadian address. Multi-address delivery is handled separately.
Can you ship gifts directly to individual recipients?
Yes. We can coordinate direct-to-recipient shipping. The purchaser pays the additional shipping and handling charges.
How are multi-address shipping costs calculated?
We review the recipient count and destination mix, then quote shipping and handling before payment. Those charges are included in the prepaid total.
How do we provide multiple recipient addresses?
Indicate the approximate number of recipients in the request. After review, we will provide instructions for supplying the final recipient list. Do not place private recipient addresses in the public request form.
Can we send gifts to offices and homes in the same order?
Yes. That is treated as a multi-address order, with shipping and handling quoted based on the final recipient list.
When should we place Christmas corporate gift orders?
Earlier is better. Holiday inventory, printing capacity and carrier transit times tighten as December approaches. Submit your request as soon as your gift quantities and preferred delivery window are known.
Can you guarantee a specific delivery date?
Tell us your preferred date and we will confirm what is realistic before payment. Carrier delays outside our control can affect final delivery timing.
Is inventory reserved when we submit the form?
No. The request form does not reserve inventory. Product and production capacity are committed only after the full prepaid order is completed.
Are taxes included in the displayed gift prices?
Displayed product prices do not represent the final tax total. Applicable taxes are calculated as part of the final prepaid order.
Will we receive an invoice or receipt?
Yes. We use Shopify’s secure payment flow and order records for the final transaction.
Will we receive tracking?
Tracking is provided when available. Multi-recipient orders can involve multiple tracking numbers.
Can we change an order after it has been paid?
Contact us immediately. Changes are not guaranteed after payment, especially once printing, personalization or packing has begun, and extra costs may apply.
What if a shipment is damaged or has a delivery problem?
Contact us promptly with order details and photos when relevant. We will review the issue and work with you on the appropriate next step.
Can you accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions?
Ingredients and allergen information vary by gift. Review the product information and tell us about important requirements before payment so we can confirm suitability.

How do you handle recipient information?
