Urban Calm is a Canadian coffee company based in Calgary. Our coffee is roasted in Calgary using specialty Arabica sourced from Timaná, Huila, Colombia. We pair that coffee with fruiting body mushroom extracts to create four roast profiles.
Why we lead with "roasted in Calgary"
We prefer specific language to broad flags and slogans. Coffee does not grow commercially in Canada, so an honest Canadian coffee story needs to acknowledge where the beans come from.

Specialty coffee, not just a functional powder
Many mushroom coffee products are instant mixes. There is nothing inherently wrong with instant coffee, but it is a different experience.
Urban Calm is built for people who still want to brew coffee. We offer whole bean and ground coffee, along with K-Cup options, across light, medium, dark and espresso roast profiles.
The base coffee is 100% Arabica from Huila. It is grown at high elevation, fully washed and solar dried before it reaches Canada.

What goes into the mushroom side
We use Lion's Mane, Reishi, Chaga and Cordyceps in different pairings across the four blends. The mushroom ingredients are 100% fruiting body extracts with no mycelium-based mushroom ingredients and are third-party tested.
We keep the ingredient story straightforward because shoppers should not need to decode a wellness label to understand what they are drinking.
What "Canadian" should help you compare
If buying from a Canadian company matters to you, look beyond the logo. Ask where the coffee is roasted, what currency you are paying in, where orders ship from, whether the company explains its coffee origin and whether the product format matches the way you actually brew.
Those questions are more useful than assuming every brand available to Canadians is made the same way.
