Urban Calm Coffee Whips up Delicious DIY Café Mocha’s at the National Women’s Show in Calgary

We had a great time on the Culinary Stage whipping up our mocha during our presentation - Delicious DIY Café Mocha’s.

We joined the National Women’s Show in Calgary as part of the Artisan Collective with many other wonderful local vendors. We had the pleasure of sharing our delicious mocha recipe which is a mix of our Dreamer dark roast coffee and Pure Bliss Gourmet Hot Chocolate. 

It was a great experience! We used the pour over method to brew our Dreamer dark roast coffee to get great flavour extraction of the tasting notes of caramelized brown sugar and dark chocolate from the beans and to allow for the delicious aroma to fill the air. 

Once the coffee was brewed, we mixed up some of our Pure Bliss Gourmet Hot Chocolate. Using 8 cups of water and 1.5 cups of Pure Bliss Gourmet Hot Chocolate powder, we gave it a good solid stir to fully dissolve the powder, then it was ready to serve.

Each sample was ¼ cup Dreamer dark roast coffee and ¾ cup of Pure Bliss Gourmet Hot Chocolate.
