What does 100% fruiting body mean?

Urban Calm uses extracts made from mushroom fruiting bodies, with no mycelium-based mushroom ingredients. This gives customers a clearer ingredient standard than vague mushroom wording alone.

Can I brew it like regular coffee?

Yes. Use the pods in a compatible Keurig brewer just as you would your usual coffee pod.
