My answer would be different now versus when I first started as I have more flexibility and freedom in my schedule. When I started I didnโt have the support that I do today. I was wearing all of the hats. Now I have five full time support staff and two agents. This gives me so much wellness and freedom within my day.
๐๐ผ๐ ๐ถ๐บ๐ฝ๐ผ๐ฟ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ ๐ถ๐ "๐บ๐ฒ-๐๐ถ๐บ๐ฒ" ๐๐ผ ๐๐ผ๐?
Me time is everything! I take time out each and everyday to find joy. I find joy in my workouts, self care, catching up with friends, playing with my kids and spending time with my husband Chad. I am not saying everyday I get to do all these things but I make time for myself. You need to keep the vessel top notch to show up for others in your life. :)
